How the hell has radio Shack not failed???

With all these retailers going belly up these days how in God's name has Radio Shack survived??? This is a store I would have expected to go under during the tech boom years. They are ridiculously overpriced and sell a lot of crap. Not to mention I have never seen anyone in a radio Shack store. I go to one maybe once every 10 years to buy some oddball battery. end of rant :))
