Bloodwork

Hi All-

Have you done a hair mineral analysis test or any testing for your heavy metals? How about your hormones? Just thinking of ways to get us feeling peppy! I just got a bloodtest for everything! Anemia, diabetes, hormones, endocrine system, liver...they drew 9 viles of blood! At least this new doc is trying to get to the root. He said if you have thyroid/adrenal problems to check pituitary and human growth hormones and all other hormones.

I will post my results, I haven't written for a while.

I wanted to share something for all adrenal fatigue suffer's...I have tried EVERYTHING and after thyroid hormones dragging down my adrenals (again) I have ben mass dosing on vitamins B and C and of course taking Sea Salt , coconut oil, and my hydrochloric acid. I stopped all enemas, they were making things worse I believe, stripping away good bacteria and minerals. I was doing far too many. I eat all lean protein and veggies plus a little brown rice and quonia here and there. The dessicated bovine adrenal from standard process is the best. That with the vitamin c and b are the best for me. I take extra b5,b6, and niacin. Just 100-200 mg niacin. I have the kind that makes you flush, I like the feeling, it stimulates me and makes me feel warm since I feel cold a lot it's a nice feeling. Not sure on the max dose for the niacin. Anyhow. I did get on some zoloft a few days ago. The Depression and anxiety were just too much. It has worked for me in the past for this and my OCD. I tried natural but sometimes you just gotta do the meds. I am also taking selenium 200 mg for my thyroid and tumeric.

Many blessings,.

Meg
