Hi everyone! I just started the Eat to Live diet yesterday, and I'm eating all the greens that I am supposed to, and I'm not snacking between meals, but it seems as though I've actually gained weight. I've also had a minimal amount of bm. I had a 2.5lb gain from yesterday morning. Shouldn't I be losing weight? Does my body just need to adjust to all the nutrients before it loses weight, or am I just retaining a lot of water? Please respond! Thanks!
