Re: Poor sense of direction & Spatial awareness

Hi Stefano,

Dude, I have a terrible time with emotions, short-term memory & a really bad sense of direction along with spatial awareness. GEEZ!

One thing that has helped tremendously is ACV. I was taking a couple tablespoons daily(apple cider vinegar). It has allowed me to actually form words faster and think better even though I still feel a "wall" in my brain preventing true clarity. But it has improved my short-term memory A LOT! I experience longer periods of clarity and again, my brain connects faster with my words, surroundings, etc. My balance is better too.

After about a year or so on the ACV, I noticed my lips were peeling when I'd wake up and my skin began to look "thinner". I researched this and others have had the same results from the ACV so I stopped it for about a week until THE FOG came back. Now I'm taking it in smaller doses but I do not think I will be able to live without it.

I also added (about three weeks ago) Aloe Vera gel to my regimen, about 4-6 ounces daily. That seems to help and I did notice my eye floaters went away in about 2 - 3 DAYS by about 85%...thanks to the AV gel. Never expected that gift!

I started taking St. John's wort about 8 months ago and just recently read up on Depression and started taking Vitamin B3 or niacinimide... the one that doesn't give those itchy rushes. After several months I notice I'm a lot more EVEN! Now only a person who isn't even can appreciate that! LOL.

Daily prayer, meditation Bible reading and Church have always been a great foundation for me as well.

I hope this helps. Remember, we're on a journey and you HAVE TO get better 'cuz you want to... so you will!

Niner :)
