Re: saltwater flush

First understand what the salt water flush is.

If done properly, it's a neutral solution which neither adds or takes from you. It just goes through you.

If you follow The Master Cleanse program, it is done every morning.

It is not a laxative and should only be done when there is no food in your system.

I, personally, use it once a week, 2 qts at a time. That's just me. I don't know anyone else who does. I always precede it with 2 glasses of filtered water an hour before and after I take the salt water.
