I submit to you it is not the apple but the apple skins and seeds.
Apple skin extract has more powerful antioxidants than green tea and in multiple forms and types.
Seeds contain b-17 a proven antineoplastic compound.
This is why when studying juicing and cancer patients we found a trend towards those who sweetened their juices with apples instead of grapes and pears.
So, I support the apple hypothesis but I do feel anyone with active cancer needs to be doing more than just eating an apple.
Juicing does extract the skin and seed compounds and substances.
