Actually, a good diet can maintain the body in ways that we never gave a second thought to. Actually, I haven't used deodorant in a very long time and have had no problem with any type of body odor.

Also, just as a sidenote, it seems that I no longer needed to use deodorants when, not only did I change my diet, but also introduced iodine supplementation. Not sure if this is a coincidence, but I'm not really not very knowledgeable when it comes to iodine supplementation. Just knowledgeable enough to know that it helped me get back to health and eliminated my thyroid problems.
