Hi YoungMom, Whilei had the mirena i also had the sensitive skin both my thighs were really tingly and felt like i had a really bad sunburn or felt as if they were bruised i could not even touch my legs sometimes i use to get it in my arms as well but this sensation went when i had the mirena taken out and it never returned thank god it was scary get it taken out asap good luck!!
