what the heck is going on??

I got the Merena about 4 months ago after I miscarried an unexpected pregnancy. At first, I had cramps, some irregular bleeding, no big deal. It all seemed like the "normal" side effects my doctor told me about. However, recently I've had sharp pains and throbbing cramps all month long outside of the time I would have a period. Periods haven't been on time but they've mostly been normal, except for severe lower back pain and major fatigue. I just thought my hormones were still out of wack from the miscarraige and I thought that also explained why I was still nausious and hungry ALL THE TIME. All week I've had a pain in my left hip, and the skin tingles and is really sensitive. It almost feels like a sunburn over a deep bruise. Then, last night at two in the morning I started bleeding bright red blood- like a cut and started having severe cramps! I checked my Merena and I can feel it but I also noticed that my cervix feels tilted. Like, exteremly lop-sided and the bright bleeding hasn't stopped. My husband wants me to go to ER this very second and get checked out but I don't have health insurance and an ER bill would be very expensive if this is nothing to worry about. Any suggestions?
