Yes that was in my mind when considering the combination.
But momently I follow the protocol which suits to me and combine with morning running training or jumping on the stairs and meditation. My stress consist of physical movement. I run to my job ( because I do not find the time for training I use pathway to my job place ) and also back.
The mental part of stress is preparing for the exam on my study and daily rhytm of my job and manage the time for preparing meals, juices, preparing and helping graduation thesis of my friend . I enjoy all these activites but it turns to stress when rhytm crush because of unexpected events at the job. So I agree sleeping would not help me :).
