I am in the phase of the extreme phyisical and mental stress these days. I would like to support my rhytm to leave as few stress as possible with every day wheatgrass/barley juice.
My question is what would be the possible conflicts with coconut oil and some usatureated oli ( hemp oil )?
I do not wish to deintensify power of the wheatgrass juice.
My regular food is mostly vegan, once a week I consume eggs and cottage cheese. As the aditional luiquid I drink pine apple and parsley with Celery juice ( 1 litter ).
