Nasal polyps do not cause any impairment of smell but Sinusitis definitely does. Homoeopathy has good remedies to cure sinusitis like Kali bich, Calc carb, Sticta etc. and restore the sense of smell. Sometimes there is inflammation and swelling of the nasal polyps which can be treated too.
