Sublimating the lesson.

We're also officially in the Age of Aquarius. I'll post something on that in a bit. We're also at a new moon and these are pivotal times to look into the cycles that present themselves before us.

Are we drawing to ourselves that which we fear most? I'm guilty of that.

Are we frustrated or annoyed at qualities we find in others, that if we were most honest with ourselves - we'd realize is a reflection of something we secretly don't care for in ourselves? I'm guilty of that.

Do others parade in front of us that which The Universe desperately wants us to mull over? Does it repeat itself, again and again, turning up the volume until we're forced into acknowledging the pattern? Yep. And I am guilty of The Universe having to turn up the decibels many times on a few lessons until I give up, give in - submit...and...

let go. love myself. love yourself. love ourselves.

I'm constantly stunned at how much the idea of 'trying harder' to get through spiritual lessons is a falsehood.

Do less.

Loving ourselves, letting ourselves sublimate - release guilt and 'just be' is a great feat. Again, I shout that we cannot get through detoxing and healing without this element.
