I would try magnesium.
Something we can all use a little more of during stressful times.
I've been taking a lot recently and my knees are loving it.
There's only two sources that I would recommend for absorbability reasons
One is called "natural calm" in most health stores now.
The other is a magnesium oil that is put on the skin and absorbed transdermally.
