Hi, I'm a 36 year old male, otherwise very healthy - eat well and exercise regularly.
I've experienced these weird symptoms just for the last week and never before in my life. I have no diseases, I'm on no medication, etc.
Its worst when I wake up - I feel so tired in the morning and my knees in particular but also my calves feel weak and have a mild throb. Its continuing throught the day and makes me feel a lack of energy.
I've been doing some addtional stretching and drinking lots of water, and I still feel this way even after going to bed at 10pm and sleeping until 7am in the morning.
Any idea what thos could be or any suggestions for food/supplements to take? Pharmaceutical drugs aren't an option :) thanks!
