Re: Sick Sinuses in NYC

hi everyone- thanks for the words of wisdom. It's just good to hear I am not alone- sounds so corny but it's true- misery really loves company. I am feeling SLIGHTLY better this week and thus less desparate, but it comes and goes. I know i should try these diets -raw veggies etc but easier said than done. I actually eat very healthily- i cut out dairy lONG ago as it was often suggested that it was to blame for my condition, Apparently not.

I have a book by Robert Ivekr called Sinus Survial that has a special diet whoch i have not tried. It's pretty ridiculous as far as how specific it is -like "eat a pear chopped in 3 peices facing West at 3pm on thursday." not really, but you get the point. But like many of you-im at the end of the rope and thus will have to give it a try.

I am also going to try the Colloidal Silver . I know it doesnt work for all but i suppose it cant hurt.

Also i do think that chronic problems like these can be mental to some degree (even tho it makes me mad as heck when some else tells me that!) but perhaps some mental anguish or unexpressed feelings started it, but then once you get sick it snowballs and then BECOMES the cause of mental anguish. getting a hold of your emotions and feeling strong mentally is so hard whne you are sick like this- you just feel hopeless and desparate. I am not at all religious and have started praying to be cured. If i join a cult then i know i am too far gone.

thanks for all the messages.
