Home Grown Wheatgrass, Barley and B12

Hello dear wheatgrass collegues,

I am wondering about the proofs that wheatgrass is the solution on B12 for vegan. I read about Carl Lewis that he supposed to compensate critical vitamins ( B12, B6 . folates ) and iron with lot of wheatgrass juices.

But I still asking about B12.

For B12 we now that cerntain aerobic bacteria strains are able to metabolize Cobalt and other substances to produce cianocobalamin - adequate analoge of B12. So if I grow wheatgrass and barley at home I should provide soil rich enough with cobalt and compost rich with aerobic bacteria.

Well I use liquid manure that supposed to contain cobalt and B12 and I sprinkle on the baby green wheatgrass plants.

But I also wash plants before juicing. So what is your opinion about this way added B12?
