I like the plant derived plant minerals from the Utah deposits, because they have already been digested by plants and contain 75 trace minerals in the same ratio that existed in plants (which animal life fed on) during a period of the most lush and growth in the known history of the earth. In addition to a single source of those minerals (such as you can get at Utopia Silver, who now buys them in bulk and puts them into capsules under the brand Utopia Naturals), I think that Zinc and selenium should be supplemented seperately, and that just about everybody could benefit from some supplementation of the major mineral Magnesium, which is a vitally important co-factor with calcium and other minerals. As you know, selenium is essential for proper utilization of iodine.
