hiv apple cider vinegar healing crisis

hi all,

been "hiv positive" for a couple years now.

generally healthy but suffer from:
candida (oral) predated positive diagnosis by years
general dificulty gaining maintaining weight.
swollen lymph nodes (systemic)

viral load is with in range
cd4 400

my regiment
coconut oil - 1 tbl/day I feel this move lymph
aloe vera gel - 1/2 - 1 liter per day. really lift energy levels like nothing else.
vegetable juice - once a day/ every other day.
probiotics - increases appetite
multi-vitamin.

and just started to try apple cider vinegar (last week) as an addition to my daily regimen.

I found out from my natureopath that
what ever pathogen i hold is extremely acidic (2.1) I too am overly acidic as well. She put me on sodium sillicate to adjust my Ph which i could not take because it made my cough like crazy so after a summer of coughing like crazy I stopped. I was excited to balance PH with avc.

It seems like it is doing a good job. It relieved a headache that had onset a couple weeks ago. I feel the lymph nodes moving and shrinking. Candid reduced.
I have painful skin eruptions which i think are healing crisis.

I was trying to take 3 doses of 2 tbls in a liter of water.
But the acv solution seems to be emaciating me. All sites that talk about the benifits mention weight lose. I'm not sure how it promotes weight loss. Is it dissolving the fat. It looks like it.

I would like to continue but am afraid to loose weight.

My decision is to cut back to 2 tbls in a gallon of water this week and see what happens.

Does anyone have any experience with this???
