You do have a point about wintertime & heaters, at least w/regard to people like myself (I'm fibromyalgic). I'm practically sure I'd be somewhat healthier at this stage of my life - with a less oxidized system - if I hadn't been subjected to 40 years of forced-air heat.
Even as I type this, my palms are so dry, they're practically "screaming" at me. And creams, oils & vaseline are no help because the dry heat just dries them again.
I tried buying a Holmes moist-air, oil-filled radiator space heater, but the thermostat was defective, so I returned it.
My sister has radiators, and when I'm there, I sleep like a log. I don't know if it's her radiators, but I do know that the air there is comfortable.
