Re: Some interesting links to the 'paralyzing' Dreams!

I wake up while dreaming I suppose and I can't move. I lay there for what seems forever not being able to move. Sometimes I think someone is in the room with me or maybe I am dying. Someone told me to try and blink first and I will come out of it faster. Do you have a clue what causes it? Both of my daughters have the same thing.
