Laxative herbal tea? What types of tea are laxative? Suggestions?

In The Master Cleanse book it recommends taking a laxative herbal tea at night.

So I set off to Holland and Barrat (in the UK) and asked about herbal laxative tea but they didn't have any.

Can I start The Master Cleanse before I get hold of the special tea? Or how about mint + green tea, cinammon chai or a a ginseng and lemongrass blend. I have those in stock, would any of them have a laxative effect? Any kind of herbal tea sold at a supermarket that has laxative effect? I want to start the Master-Cleanse before I have to wait to recieve herbal laxative in post....

At H+B they pointed me out to these "fruit cube" things and this figs and senna syrup called Califig. What do you think of those?
