I would say that I am "touched" about your concern for mouseclick, but who knows, maybe it is actually heartfelt. I will say flat out that I am not a card carrying advocate of water fasting. I did one and had very bad results. I personally never recommend it to people I know. However... I will readily admit that my very poor results were in all likelihood due to my unique problems/genetic dispostions. Which I don't have time to get into in this post.

In terms of mouseclick... I don't read the Water Fasting forum religiously... but I do look at it. And when he first became a moderator I saw him readliy admit that there would be growing pains as he felt is way through. And considering that it is one of the most extreme forums here, with the most at risk, I think he has done a damn good job. Which is not to say he has not made mistakes... But who hasn't?? And I will also say... Even though I personally suffered some great problems from a water fast..ChrisB1 never jumped on me when I posted about them on the Water Fast forum, although others did. He has way too much class for that, and I have always respected him. We may have disagreements when it comes to certain aspects of water fasting, but he knows way too much about alternative medicine for me to cast dispersons at him. Quite the contrary. I have all the respect in the world for him.
