His assessment of you is quite accurate, and to which I agree.
This is no place for trolls such as you.

Mouseclick is in favor of Dr Fuhrman and his diet, as he is a well-known protagonist of the water-fast who learnt his skills at the hands of Dr Shelton himself.

The water-fasting support forum is in place to help anyone aspire to and achieve better health, and this includes post-fast dieting and other lifestyle issues which could quite easily make the fast into a non-event and a futile experience; this is in accord with the practices and beliefs of both Dr Shelton and Dr Fuhrman.
