OK, but the point is that whenever the government spends they are taking out a loan in our name that WE must pay back with interest  In the sham that we call representative government we are supposed to elect officials who will represent our best interests and vote according to our informed consent.  The two recent rushed through bailouts were presented as emergencies, contained all kinds of hidden provisions, granted new powers, created new agencies, had a distinct lack of oversight, and totally failed to inform the public or get public input.  The sham could not be plainer.
