I think the income tax thing catches up with you when you die. The IRS will come and seize your property to cover all those taxes you didn't pay. Unless you're far sneakier than I realize, have no SSN, and thus have no credit, very limited ability to carry out business in this country, etc. Unless you have no property, no money, anything left when you die - you managed to distribute it just before you kicked the bucket.
Every time I have written a Congress critter about my concerns, I get a condescending, contradictory reply back. The ones for this state sure don't give a flip what their constituents want.
