Did you have oral herpes infection when you started this treatment?

I was thinking of purchasing a relatively lost cost water ozonating machine while doing my research and deciding whether I wanted to go the full route with a ozone generator/sauna.

Do you think there are benefits to drinking ozonated water?

Do you think the same results that you achieved with the saunas could be achieve by drinking ozonated water?
