Thanks for the great info. You've piqued my interest, and I've ordered a copy of Ed McCabe's 'Flood Your Body With Oxygen" to do more research. Just curious, since doing the ozone saunas, have you been able to drink coffee, eat chocolate, etc. without having outbreaks? My preliminary research indicates that purchasing a machine oxygen tank, and tent sauna will be a considerable investment, so I will have to be absolutely convinced that it confers a worthwhile benefit.

What type of ozone machine do you use?

When you do your sauna, is your head outside of the unit, ie, are you breathing the ozone? The reason I ask is my infection is HSV1 (oral herpes), and I think that my head would need to be inside the unit. If that is the case, would I need to breathe fresh air through a tube?
