Non-virgin coconut oil vs Virgin Coconut oil - Still effective?

Hi,

What do you think of non-virgin coconut oil? Like the stuff you can buy in clear glass bottles from Indian and Chinese Supermarkets?

Has anyone used this with success? Do you think non-virgin could still be effective to candida? You see I was going to do a coconut oil and distilled water fast, and I ordered some virgin coconut oil but it might end up getting quite expensive if I'm having a lot!

Are there are issues for non-virgin coconut oil?

Basically I want to know Virgin Coconut oil vs Non-virgin coconut oil...
