lemon tree: what can this be?

Hi all,

Just hoping someone may have a guess:

My Meyer lemon tree's leaves are turning spotted yellow with some black spotting kind of moldy looking specks in the back of the leaf.

Kind of looks like rose leaf blight. Any ideas or suggestions?

It did well throughout the winter and just noticed that last night.
