First STOP using DIAL soap, it's has a PH of 10 and with TMAU PH of 9 your making the smell worse!!!!!!!. The object is to bring your skin PH down to 5.5/5.7 that's why it's important to use a PH soap of 5.5./5.7

Most breads are made with SOY Lecitin which is a No/No for TMAU suffers! start reading labels and stay away from that. I do agree that perfumes make the smell worse. Have you tried cleaning your colon of any old bacteria and then replacing them with probiotics and your supplments? if not all the supplements your taking is not going to work because you still have that old /bad bacteria in your system.
