Well to the person that posted about the BS and foods, yea I hear you. But realize that when I eat chicken after taking this one Antibiotic - esp KFC, my joints hurt like hell and I start seeing flashing colors. Basically the exact thing that happened to me after taking one pill of this poison (avelox).
I didn't believe it, I realized my issues and was startled that everything I was slowly working for which was feeling 'normal' after 10 years was IMMEDIATELY washed away after this one pill.
So I researched and found THOUSANDS of people like me, affected by this same class of drugs in the SAME EXACT way. When I told doctors, friends and family of my symptoms and how it was from this ONE pill, they all thought me crazy.

Most people don't have a clue how harmful Antibiotics are. They destroy your thyroid, they cause heart valve malfunctiosn, hypoglycemia, diabetes etc etc FOR LIFE.

I'm lucky. I still 'function' but lead a miserable life. Anxiety ridden at best, massive panic state at worst with pains and hallucinations.

All tests are 'fine' of course at hospitals and from docs. Tests like : breathing - check, pulse - check, still able to eat and excrete - check, still knowns name - scan for alien implants or grapefruit sized tumors - check...OK YOUR FINE, just crazy - here take this , this..oh and this...and this...don't call us if you have anymore problems, schedule an appointment - we will 'squeeze' you into the office in one month, until then (pat on the back) GOOD LUCK BUDDY!

What company pays for over 50% of your learning unless they want you in their hip pocket for an extended period of time?

Sorry to digress, but I'm pretty 'experienced' in these issues.

As for the journal mention, I have one, it's in my tiny brain and it doesn't work. I probably should document something but most of my symptoms come on like 'flares' such as those with MS or other auto immune disorder (I do have hashi's), and nothing I do seems to make them better or worse.

I DO know that I can not eat high Sugar breakfasts and recently became reactive hypoglycemic after taking another killer Antibiotic called Bactrim. While this drug is NO WHERE near as dangerous as the quinolones, it's a pretty serious drug...but I have a pretty serious infection that I need to lick so.

As for the simple carb diet, I don't know what that is but if it's what it sounds like, it would probably be the worst thing I could do. That's about the ONLY thing I do know. Simple carbs = immediate anxiety and adrenal fatigue for days. Too many that is.
