Today I am not overeating. In fact, I'm eating very light and kind of didn't want to slow down my day to eat really at lunch. But I did. There is something goofy about my work habits. I notice that this morning I was very into everything I was doing. At work I am not nearly into it as my personal projects so I find it harder to focus. I think this is linked. That is something I will work on.

Today, eating very well. Weighed myself and my weight remained steady. Hopefully the high nutrition is working on lowering my "set point" by healing digestive issues. I'm fine with slow weight loss if it's something I'm happy maintaining and I can see eating this way being long term.
