Keep rid of them inexpensively by cleaning your skin twice daily with cold cream or vasoline, something with a thick heavy oil that sticks to your skin. It suffocates dim dare mites on contact.

I put a thick coat of cold cream on my skin every morning and every night. Wet a washcloth with hot water and remove the excess. The remaining film will protect you. If you have lots of them on you, you will get oogles of whiteheads when they die off.

Iodine doesn't seem to work on the species infecting me.
It might on yours. I have yeast and my girlfriend has yeast. Garlic kills mine. Not hers. Apparently it's an individual thing.

If you've got the kind that have air ducts that get plugged up, they will suffocate if you coat them with cold cream or vasoline. Guaranteed.

Cold cream from the pharmacy is cheap, much cheaper than Iodine. I know people say it's bad for your skin, but I don't believe it. My grandmother and my aunt cleaned their skind daily with it for their entire lives. My aunt died when she was 92 an the skin on her face looked like she was in her 40s. My grandmother had perfect skin too, but she didn't live as long as her sister.

Take it from somebody who believes white bread is better for you than wheat and pharmaceutical drugs are poison. There is no way to resolve the cognitive dissonance. Things simply don't make a whole lot of sense these days. One man's cure is another man's poison.

The cold cream works so well that I'm tempted to buy a life time supply while I still can, as it won't be long before the FDA either bans it, or makes it available by prescription only.
