Sounds like you have over-used many products/treatments that have caused irritation, leaving your skin vulnerable to breaking out, drying out, and preventing healing. You're stripping it of the natural oils that protect it and keep it healthy.
Take a break for a couple weeks and allow your skin to recover - use a gentle glycerine soap and warm water. Gently cleanse your skin, rinse well with warm water, pat dry GENTLY - dont scrub! Sparingly apply some vitamin e oil to your ears instead of flushing.
