Cpl Questions 4 Quartz Supply & Charging?

I have a Couple Questions, We are gonna make some Orgonite this Weekend. I keep reading about Charging your Crystals before inserting into the Orgonite. Im kinda Confused on the Charging Part, I know of Cleansing with Salt and Pure Good Water, I even have them on a Huge Rock Quartz and Have Spritzed with Rose Water. Is this Good Enough Or Should we do something Further. If So, HOW? And Does anyone know of a good Quartz Supplier that is Reasonably Priced? Much Thanks to An Answers!
