I just got Mirens yesterday

I am seeing so much negative about Merina. I just got it and am scared I might have made a mistake.
Does anyone know anybody who likes it or has had a good experience?
After insertion I was misable, feeling like I was in labor. After about three hours later and some prescription pain pills, I was better. I am still cramping but not so bad.
On a positive note I felt great today, positive and energtic. I actually thought it was the pain pills making me feel good, but maybe its the hormones.
Just a little history, I am generally a very tired, depressed person (ya it sucks), but today I cleaned my whole house and scheduled two job interviews I am excited about.
I am still cramping and still taking pain pills. Should I expect to feel bad soon? Or could it do the opposite for me and actually make me feel better. Maybe it is just the pain pills making me feel good. But I thought pain pills were suposed to make you drowsy.
