Are these Symtpoms?

hi all
i am not sure if this is herpes but i could use some help.
my insurance wont cover my physical until after Feb12th and im going to schedule a checkup soon.

about 2 years ago i had a blood test done for herpes and it was negative. i dont know if this can detect it if i do have it when i dont have an outbreak or if its present.
can someone explain this?

I have noticed one tiny bump and it does not itch but its a little tender near genitalia. i have been itchy on the mons veneris area where I have pubic hair also.
I had this same bump in this same area about 1-2 months ago.

Now I am a bike rider and get a lot of irritation in this area too and i have sensitive skin. im wondering if this may be why ive been itchy and have this tiny bump but i am REALLY hoping its not herpes.

if anyone has any opinion based what i said here please respond. Im scheduling a doc appt for later this week.
