My calcium is high and my magnesium is slightly high on my hair analysis. The report says that it's more likely to be an absorption issue. I'm not absorption the calcium and dumping it to my hair. My blood report confirms that (both are on the low side: Ca:9.0 and Mg:2.2).
I started taking 1g of Vitamin C/day extracted from Acerola Berry. I don't know which form it is. It's only a week and is already making a difference. I notice that I sleep better and have more energy.
