Re: Out of Body Experiences? Lucid Dreams?

One thing that can help you to remember your dreams is to lie very still after you awaken and recount what occured in your dream and then write it down right away. You want to avoid a lot of physical movement as you do this. I know this may sound strange, but the part of the brain involved in recall of dreams and the part involved with large muscle movement are very seperate...once you start moving around the dreams will often recede from your memory because another part of the brain becomes active and is much more dominant. Keep a dream journal under your pillow or on a nightstand within close reach. Everyone dreams even if they don't remember them...you may already be having dreams like Tracey's and just not realizing it. Start paying closer attention to them and you may be pleasantly and vividly surprised!
