Judgement, Criticism and Moving Into Love.
I wanted to write something beautiful today about this but today is a tough detox day and I'm in bed with brain fog. I did some searching online, however, and found a lovely list, perfectly written, by a man named Yogi Cameron, that really details why each of the emotional elements are necessary for our healing and consciousness ascension.
I notice as we move forward into a higher vibratory time in human history that there are still many people reacting with anger, criticism and judgement. There's a lot of that, here on curezone. Interestingly enough, if you're drawn to CZ, you were drawn because you were experiencing an imbalance in not only your body but your whole self. We cannot heal an imbalance within ourselves without looking at how we react to mirrors that God provides us with. When someone frustrates you, God is providing a mirror or a 'tape' that you need to examine. Why is it that the image or person before you sparks criticism? Anger? Resentment? Fear? Whatever the answer is (it's rarely an easy one), it is something standing between you and your higher self. Your connection to God, ascension or just living a higher-vibratory existence - are hampered by our need to have division between us. I believe part of our God-given task in being here on this Eden, is to learn to relate and love each other. Are we not all God's children? Perhaps part of the experiment is that we all have to share our toys in the sandbox and stop bickering. Bickering, being mean, being critical - all lower your vibration.
Sara, I know we've had a small disagreement between us and we worked through it a while back. We did so because we're both seeking a higher vibration. I've seen many people I adore on CZ get rotten tomatoes thrown at them and it makes me sad. No one can enter into the reparative cleansing process without looking at their desire to hold onto anger and judgement. I'm sorry that you've been the scape goat for a lot of misunderstood philosophies about religion, spirituality, positivity, politics - all of it. CZ creates a wonderful opportunity for us all to exorcise what 'bugs' us - why? Because it's electronic. It's not in our physical world. This is an incredible platform to see what pushes your buttons and learn to integrate and forgive - for the benefit of ourselves and for EVERYONE. Earth is a sandbox, we all have to learn to share and be nice. God said so.

Words by Yogi Cameron:
LOVE. Love can be understood in the mind but this is only intellectual love. The true feeling of love can only be felt once the heart is light and pure. To achieve this one has to eat moderately, fast regularly, read spiritual material, think of others first, forgive without holding grudges, never looking for justice, turning the mind away from revenge, looking away from anger, renouncing competition, being kind to all humans, never causing harm to animals, being caring towards all living things, never judging, living without expectations, sitting often in silence, having little desire, always be ready to give, understanding the karmic journey called life. This is the true path of love.
FEAR. Fear is that which is not love. Fear is all that is made up in the mind to keep us separate from all other humans. It is the doubts that pass in our thoughts that keep us from spiritually growing. It is the negativity that over shadows the good which we know exists in all beings. Fear is the selfishness within us that understands another's needs are as important as our own. Fear can only exist when love is absent.
RELATIONSHIPS. The communication between humans brings on the dynamic of what we know as a relationship. We are continuously having and interacting in a relationship with objects, living beings and ourselves. What makes this dynamic joyful or painfully difficult is our expectations and judgments of how this relationship should turn out. It is an issue of control and selfishness which does not allow it to grow and flourish into an organic sharing. The most successful and ultimately the most happy relationship is one where there is acceptance on all levels to allow love to show its face.
EXPECTATIONS. Once you start the roller coaster of expectations and what you “want” rather than allowing life to teach you the lessons of what you need, you are bringing onto yourself the karma of pain and suffering. If we wait to be taught through our good actions then each moment will bring the next lesson which is meant for our present and future growth. Our expectations block the way of our mental and spiritual growth by putting in place a thought of what should happen without the action taking place yet. This is trying to control or environment without understanding of deeper truths. Act in the correct manner and the outcome will be for your better learning and growth.
JUDGMENTS. This is putting our self in a superior position to tell others what we think is good for them, to pass judgment on what we think is the correct way to behave and who should and should not be allowed to choose for them self. Once we enter this manner of thought or thinking we bring onto ourselves untold amounts of negative and heavy karma. To guide a child is one thing- to judge someone for their sex, colour, race, sexual preference, religion, politics or anything else we deem “correct or right” brings upon us the same negativity we speak (judge) others with.
COMPARISONS. To compare, always sets a person at a disadvantage from the outset because the person, object or situation in question that came first sets the standard for comparison. Criticizing or praising is all part of comparing and the standard that someone else sets may not be positive for our personal growth. To observe instead of comparing give us the mental time needed to process what may have been a judgment or expectation that inevitably would lead to conflict and disease. Comparing does not lead to growth.
SEPARATIONS. The human race is connected by spirit and nature which runs through each one of us and bounds us together. This is our common thread. Physical separations like fences, locks and jails with mental separations of competition and selfishness lead to a person or society becoming violent, poor and unconscious towards each other. This is the state of our world today. It is only through belief of this separation that man has become a slave to the material level and has less contact with the spiritual loving world. Think collectively and lovingly towards all living creatures and all your problems will be replaced with love.
NATURE. Each moment of our existence nature helps and provides in one way or another, supporting us by producing the elements we need for survival and life. The wind that blows brings with it just the correct amount of energy and air to lift us up and the sun that shines produces just the right amount of heat to help us grow and be nurtured. Nothing goes unnoticed or unrecognized and all that nature gives is for free without anything asked in return. Our gratitude should be to watch over each other and all that nature has created for us, to help nurture the next generations of humans, animals and plants into existence.
KINDNESS. This comes from an open heart with nothing asked and nothing expected only that the recipient be well and cared for. Kindness has no limits, has no boundaries and knows no judgments to right or wrong. It is an action without prejudice or conflict only done for the good and out of necessity for the person on the receiving end. As kindness is shown, kindness rebounds to all who are in its vicinity.
WORDS. The way that we communicate on the material plain is to use words. They can be positive or negative depending on how we use them in our communications with each other. Words are only useful or positive when we are not fearful to speak the truth and when we act on our words, otherwise words just stay as words. Actions are what bring words to life and only ‘speaking’ with words remains as a mental action and not a physical one.
NAMES. We have come to give everything in the world a name and we have discussions, arguments and even fights over what things are called. Names do not matter as all that is created by nature did not have a name in the beginning and man gave them names only to identify them from other things. Go beyond the name and see the beauty in everything and not just the description which will not change the object or situation. To name a person, object or situation does not change what it is, it only changes its physical limited outer description which has nothing to do with the inner existence or truth behind it. As we name everything we limit its beauty and power.
TRUTH. What is truth? Something which is beyond the mental description of words. The truth is what it is without having to be described or dissected. It is what exists in the form it is without names or limits. The truth is without trying to be and nothing that we say or swear upon can change it to something else. We may lie or describe it as something else but that does not change the unchangeable truth.
OPINIONS. These are not the truth but parts of lies and truths convoluted and presented in a way that we find acceptable to our present situation. Depending on what we think and whose presence we are in, we will utter words that convey our message to gain what we want. Satisfaction or revenge, an idea or sentiment, opinions are just all of these things put together to satisfy our need to talk. Keep your opinions open ended and positive and you will grow and be fulfilled in the future.
REVENGE. A close cousin of justice, revenge is a word and action which denotes desperation and loss of control by a person. It is the bottom of the ‘brains barrel’ which is being used to place punishment for what one person deems as unacceptable to them. It is a spiritually dead person who seeks revenge, a person who has forgotten that they are connected to all humans by spirit and that only nature takes life when necessary. No matter what someone has done or taken away from you, be it murder or rape, overcome this feeling with forgiveness and you will overcome all obstacles in your life.
PUNISHMENT. Placing on someone what we think is an appropriate amount of pain or discomfort for their actions. Our society is a reflection of our actions in motion and what one person does is a reflection of our collective mentality. We are not separate in spirit but only on the physical plain so when one does something like lie, cheat or be violent then all people will eventually feel the repercussions even if they do not know where it came from. Punishment does not work but love does.
JUSTICE. An injustice is best met with care and love and not aggression and revenge. Every time we want justice for what we think are wrong doings we are seeking to cause pain to a member of our own family- namely humans. This is part of our separations into race, sex and religions. Who can pass judgment on what is right without first being perfect in all their actions? No one on this earth. Justice is part of the though process called the ego. It is a selfish thought and takes the attention away from the person changing their ways by demanding that someone else be punished for their actions instead of being helped, loved and cared for.
THOUGHTS. What you think about all day and night becomes you. What you feed yourself mentally through your mind and senses is what affects all your actions to come. Your actions are the results of accumulated thoughts that you have been entertaining throughout your life. To change your life in any way you will first have to change your thoughts. The mind has the power to create thoughts on the intellectual level but once we surpass this level into the higher ethereal and Buddhic levels we start to have real understanding of the much more powerful invisible world. Thoughts are limited to the level of words and thinking but contemplation leads us to higher levels of understanding.
SENSES. When the senses are given the correct amount of stimulation through our balanced lifestyle we feel a ‘sense’ of harmony which we want to share with all human beings. We are elevated upwards with a feeling of lightness and balance which helps us to have elevated higher selfless thoughts. When the senses are over stimulated with too much food, noise and images we feel over sensitive, irritable and short tempered, taking actions which are not natural to us. The senses need times in silence, without food, without sex and with complete rest in deep sleep to be able to take us to higher levels.
FOOD. Food can be medicine or it can be poison depending on how, when and how much is used. A balanced diet is one where the individual person receives all the nutrients that they need in the quantity that is required to help the mind and body function together. Anything outside of this ratio is extra and will harm the body and not allow the mind to have harmonious thoughts which will in turn ‘block’ a person from reaching happiness.
HAPPINESS. This is a state of mind reached when a person feels close and connected to all other human beings. When there is a break in this human chain a person feels unloved and lonely. When any one of our brothers or sisters are suffering or are without the basic needs, we all feel the unhappiness around. Happiness can only be truly felt once we connect with all races, sexes, religions and people of the world. Happiness lives and exists only as we all feed it with love from each one of us. Any unnatural feelings of anger, revenge, prejudice, superiority or power will lead a person or nation into the depths of discontentment and unhappiness.
SPECIAL. When we feel this moment when something seems special it is either because we are normally disconnected to what is natural or that we are using the part of our thoughts which is connected to the ego. Once we feel connected to all beings every situation and living thing will be natural and no longer limited to ‘special.’ Special is part of putting up barriers and excluding what is not deemed special or worthy in our limited opinion. Pick out the beauty in all and you will see that everything and everyone is natural and perfect in their own personal way.
EGO. This is a thought pattern that tends to take control of our mind and habits if we do not watch them carefully. The world we have made today operates out of this type of thinking (egotistical) and these types of thoughts are selfish and disconnected from the needs of other human beings. We take joy and turn into entertainment all competition, races, drama and misery caused to others and this is why our TV’s, books and internet are full of conflicts, bloodshed and negative relationships. Be collective not just individual and your ego will be under your control.
VEGETERIANISM. The reason meat is not constructive or helpful to our system is because it is the flesh of another living creature. From our ego thought pattern of trying to control and rule over other weaker beings, (whether it be another human being, animal or the earth itself) comes the want (not the need) to eat meat. To consume the blood and skin or organs of another living being brings on much Karmic negativity onto the individual because you have now stopped the existence of another living thing by taking its life. If you ‘love’ animals you would never be able to bear tasting them. Love is inclusive not exclusive (to exclude).
PRIDE. That part of our thought pattern which believes in something so strongly that we cannot believe something else. It is a limited thought that does not allow us to see beyond our ego which believes we are right. We usually have pride to mask over our insecurities and fear of change. Feelings of pride bring on separation and selfishness which lead to confrontations and self indulgence.
GOD. Our concept of something greater and omnipresent. For some God is religion and for others nature. To reach the true nature of God beyond just words we must follow pure/natural thoughts and actions beyond what religion and traditions dictate. God is inclusive of everyone and it is everyone who needs to do some spiritual work to reach out and touch ‘it’.
NATURAL MEDICINE. Every little part of nature can be classed as medicine because of its healing power. Whether it is herbs, trees, flowers or the sun they all have the energy to help heal our body and mind. The power of touch is the greatest natural cure for all diseases and unrest in the heart, mind and body. Learn to use all of this at the correct time and in the right amounts and health will be yours. Think natural.
RELIGION. Every religion believes that they are the chosen path towards god. This is part of the same though pattern as pride, ego and special. As man has chosen this limited way of thinking and god/nature is beyond any limitation, man will never be able to reach his creator if he tries to compartmentalize or conceptualize in order to try and understand what god is. We have to practice pure and yogic living to move beyond the intellectual and emotional levels to see with our spiritual eyes that every man is equal and that god did not create religion to separate his children. This becomes clear when one fasts like all the prophets, yogis and initiates do.
MONEY. This commodity should only be used to make our lives more comfortable to the point where we have all we need and not to gorge ourselves on all that we want and desire. Money is not the root of all evil but the mind that decides what to do with it if not spent in the correct manner. Love of money brings on many health problems as well as many other mental issues. Money is not the answer to poverty but the change in attitude from greed, control and power to sharing, understanding and love is what will feed everyone.
POLITICS. Politics is not a necessary part of life and in most cases makes life more complicated by involving many people who present one view but have other alternative interests which they are protecting from the masses. Nothing is ever clear for the public to understand because in chaos and confusion certain actions go unnoticed. People should be able to manage their own affairs and collective interests by communicating and dialog. To be politically correct is now the word for someone who is saying one thing but thinking another. This is normally called a lie but in our splintered society of self importance we do not like to admit to this. Do not blame politicians for anything but look in the mirror to see who has given them your power.
SEX. To understand sex beyond the physical action we have to live and experience a life long relationship. Sex can be a beautiful experience when two people go through a lifetime together and commit to learning from nature and each other. When the mind is involved in the action beyond just wanting physical pleasure and satisfaction, a person can reach a deeper ultimate ecstasy which is impossible to experience when one is only thinking in the physical and with different individuals. It is our mental excitement and love for a person that makes the physical action feel good. Otherwise we are just using another person to relieve our self of our frustrations and sex drive.
FAITH. Is an unseen and unheard feeling but a strong instinctual vibration felt in the mind and body when a person takes up spiritual undertakings. These undertakings involve placing others first before ones own needs. As we are connected to the divine in our faith, placing others first helps us to act from the soul connection between our self and nature and not from the selfish ego. Faith can only be from the true source once we have let go of material and earthly gatherings which weigh us heavy.
CHILDHOOD. Holds the key to understanding why we have certain behavioral patterns which are the same as our parents. Here is where we can find most of our experiences which reflect the way we feel about ourselves today. To understand, move beyond and over come all the negative experiences and bad habits passed on to us by adults, will involve going back down memory lane to firstly forgive and secondly to change with the action of love towards our self and others. Wanting others to suffer what we think are injustices keep us from advancing and enjoying a good life. Look back on your childhood as an experience and as an adult start to let go of negative thoughts and bad habits. This will take courage and work but the outcome is liberation and a peaceful mind having greater understanding of self and all humans.
SILENCE. In the quite of silence there is more noise that you can imagine. The outside world has all the sounds and noise that we create which are on a much grosser heavier level but in silence there is the healing sound of nature speaking to us. This sound is the connection of the inner voice of each human in tune with nature and our creator. Inner silence is healing, curing and nourishing to our spiritual existence and brings on a happier life.
DEATH. To contemplate death during our lifetime will give us more insight into our existence. Death is the end of earthly life where we exist in the material flesh but we continue our journey beyond to exist on the higher plane called spirit. Keeping our vision expanded and looking beyond our limited earthly life will put into prospective what awaits us on the other end. We now live on the earth but will soon move to the limitless universe where there are separations or limitations of time and space. This should be our prospective and not our short life here.
HEALTH. This is when we have mental and physical balance in our body, mind and soul. For us to enjoy health on all levels we must be of balanced thinking, moderate living and be open to giving and continuous learning. This combination helps to open the heart and feel the need for love and forgiveness. There can be no health in the body if there is no joy in the heart. Live to love and happiness and health will follow.
FORGIVNESS. In our society of judgments and expectations, which bring on disease and conflicts, forgiveness is the key to all healing. When the mind gets in the habit of letting go of anger and thinking others are responsible for its personal pain the “bandage” of forgiveness can start the healing process. Through forgiveness we learn that our karma starts to change for the positive and our relationships gain strength because we are no longer carrying around the burden of others and what we feel are injustices. Forgive and it will come back to you a thousand times.
EXISTENCE. As we contemplate on a daily basis living to understand and opening our hearts to all, we will reach bigger truths and knowledge about who our maker is. This will bring us to bigger understandings and our purpose here on earth. Once we comprehend this and take action, our life has a deeper spiritual meaning where we are no longer scared of death or anything which happens to us on this earth. As we have a greater understanding we will prepare for when we depart from earth and move to our new home.
DISEASE. When our natural connection between god/nature is broken disease will be the result. We break this connection each time we show anger or want justice on another human being. We break it every time we are destructive towards the earth, plants and animals. When the mind and body are not connected disease will start to form. The invisible energy flow between nature and our self is a current that needs continuous flow because nature is our source of life.
BREATH. Learning to breath in the correct manner, deeply and continuously without holding the breath helps to add many more years onto our life. The cycle of energy in the body, which needs to flow continuously, is what gives us our strength and vitality and needs to be fed by our breath. Every little thought affects the breath and makes it harmonious or broken so the key to correct breathing is thought control. Think love and your breath will be healing to your body and mind.
SACRIFICE. The true meaning of sacrifice is to give your time even when you want to pursue other things. In this decision to give we bring upon our self better karma and let go of unnecessary habits or wants that usually wield power over us. In doing something else we distract our normal habits, which are hard to break and find light at the end of the tunnel. Ultimately the sacrifice turns into a positive action and therefore is no longer a sacrifice but a gift of learning. Sacrifice is only an action at the beginning, which turns into experience.
POWER. When we crave to have power it is over something or someone. This kind of thinking brings on disease and ultimately unhappiness in life. The ego finds it fascinating and attractive because it seems to bring on a lot of attention from peers leading to wealth and control. There comes a time over the years that the body will wither and that power will leave the mind because we will all pass away. This power may seem important and bring on many material gifts but it will be these gifts that will weigh us down to our early exit from the theater of life.
CONTROL. We should only have control over our own thoughts and therefore our actions, which will effect and influence others. To want to control others leaves us at a point of weakness because we will no longer be learning but telling, instructing and ultimately tying to control others instead of controlling ourselves. When we try and control a situation we are not allowing karma to teach us our lessons of life. This way we will always be attracting the same situations without an understanding that we need to go through certain lessons to reach other bigger ones. Ultimately we are not in control and we only think we are when we try and control our immediate surroundings. This mentality gives the illusion of a person being big and important but they do not realizing it is really being big in a small environment.
CHILDREN. They are said to be the future but are forgotten at the present. We must bring them into the world, watch over them and give them all that they need without placing on them our insecurities and fears, otherwise the future will continue to be as it is now- full of pain and broken hearts, disease and unhappiness. First we should work on our fears and to rid ourselves of limitations and the insecurities that were passed on to us by our parents, then we can help to bring into the world loving human beings- not visa versa.
WANTS. These are insatiable and un controllable because of peoples cravings and excesses leading to greed. To avoid this one must contemplate what is a need and what is a want. Wants come from desire and ego, where a person is placing their attention on material and mental satisfaction. These should be kept to a limited number by using discrimination and better choices.
NEEDS. These come down to a hand full of necessities, which are essential to life. Most of the world population only lives with these few commodities of food, water and shelter. All other things are considered extra and it is these extras that are causing most of the worlds diseases. Be careful what you wish for or pursue, as this could become your is-ease.
JEWELS. Precious stones have great power of healing and conduct and share energy. The love of them has caused many people to die and be homeless. It is best not to use them unless it is in the way of understanding their power and utilizing them for the betterment of health. Just to ware them to show off or feel better about one self will not serve any purpose.
DIFFERENT. We are taught to be different from birth where people use words like ‘special’ and ‘unique’ to separate themselves from others. Then if everyone is different why are most people following each other by watching TV, following fashion, drinking coca cola, eating junk food, gossiping, wanting more and following fads? This is not very individualistic! Just because we read a different paper or wear different clothing does not change us inside. We are not different and we have never been except for the choices we make and the actions that follow, for better or worse. This is our earthly difference.
HOMOSEXUALITY. When one lives on the path of yoga they look at all people as humans. In this state of mind there is no name for any person except brother and sister. The sexual preference of another human being does not affect us in anyway and it is a personal choice on an individual’s personal path. We cannot dictate that God does not recognize his own children because they are different. We were put on earth to be able to make different choices and each person should keep their eyes on themselves to make sure they them self are pure before casting shadows on others.
WAR. The most unnecessary of all violence is a state of war. The need of one person or a nation that wants to conquer another coming out of greed and self-interest to profit from death in the name of freedom or justice brings on a very deep fear of dying. The destruction of life, which destroys the lives of all people involved, be it soldiers or civilians can never be justified with any words. The karma is heavy on anyone who kills, for any reason.
MODERN MEDICINE. Modern drugs can only feed effects and symptoms while the cause still keeps going on creating more and more effects. Pharmaceutical chemicals can never take the place of natural medicine, which does not cause side effects and more problems for the body and mind. It does not make sense to take one drug, which is supposed to cure an illness, but like the commercial tells us, it also creates five more problems in the way of side effects. Side effects are the body's way of telling us that it does not like what we are putting into our body. Side effects of food are indigestion and constipation and with chemicals they are sickness and disease. Stick to natural products.
TOUCH. The human touch is the biggest healing tool we have at our disposal. A healing hand is one, which comes from a pure, and understanding heart, where a person has empathy and kindness towards all, without exception. Reach out and touch some one because in this sharing we connect with our creator.
LABELING. Try to look at all humans as people not things. Labeling everyone as something only helps to limit them to a description and at the same time does not change who they really are- a human. We only do this for our own benefit to compartmentalize a person into what we think they should be. This makes us into limited thinkers.
POLITNESS. This is very different than being sincere which is to say what one is thinking. Politeness is a limited part of the truth because we find it difficult to speak what is on our mind. To say ‘thank you’ or ‘have a nice day’ is simply a gesture of words but not our desire to really communicate on any deeper level. Sincerity comes from our need to understand and be involved no matter the person or circumstance.
BLAME. Blame only diverts attention onto someone else for a while until the point a person needs to learn the same lesson and finds them self in the same situation again. It is better to be open and honest with one self and learn what needs to be learned for our own evolvement to take place. Each time we find someone to place the blame on (even when we really believe it is not our fault), we are placing future delinquent karma on our self that will come back to challenge us- and possibly much harder. Blame is just a distraction from oneself.
INSULTS. Insults don’t really exist and it is only when we give importance to what another person is saying that we are vulnerable to falling into their frustrations. Anytime we feel that another person is insulting us we should reflect on what our mind is holding on to and what we relate to in their actions or words. An insult is when we give importance to what another is saying- giving away our power to their words. A person looking for respect is a person easily offended by another’s words.
