Re: Day 30 Report

Well, I have to admit that I'm tired of this fast. I can't tell you how many delicious meals I've served to my family. Just this morning I made whole-wheat pancakes (from scratch - even milled the flour) with strawberry jam (home-canned). Last night it baked salmon with peperoncini sauce, steamed asparagus tips, and cooked carrots with a slice of French bread on the side.

My wife and I watched "No Reservations" last night (it is a movie about a couple chefs), and I was wishing I could taste everything.

I have a feeling I'll at least go another week. Skin rashes are still prominent and irritating, urine is still very dark, tongue still has a "V" coating (about 10-12%) that has persisted several days, and my mouth still tastes like vomit. My Psoriasis on my knee is not quite completely gone, and that is something I really want to defeat.

The last few days I have felt very lethargic. I have some work I need to get done, but I just feel like sitting around and reading.

I AM DETERMINED to make it to the end of this fast. It is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I'm not going to cop out. I want to regain my health.
