As it turns out, I have had the first 2 doses of Epsom Salts already, and will try to swallow the oil and juice in 30 minutes (and so won't then be able to check the computer until tomorrow.) I found your message really encouraging - if it weren't for people like yourself, I think I might not have the courage to try, as I'm not as brave as some. Whatever happens, I'll keep you posted.
