"Rash" on skin and itching

Is there a possibility that humaworm is responsible for little bumps on my back and arms? I find myself scratching them to the point of bleeding. Only my left arm was affected until today, when I started "breaking out" on the right arm also. Maybe this is a good sign but what do I do to stop the urge to itch? thanks
