I didn't follow the no snack rule yesterday and I ate more than 3 meals or snacks. I ate 5 times. This morning my tummy told me I had eaten too much. Now that I don't have physiological toxic hunger (i.e. not cravings), I need to pay attention at my psychological reasons for eating. Today so far I don't feel like snacking or eating a lot at all - I guess a bounce back from yesterday? Last night I noticed that I was eating kind of automatically since I was watching some TV last night.. at the end I felt like I'd missed out on tasting what I was eating! I start eating while paying attention but then notice that I'm finished. I guess I'm a bit ADD about that, lol. So just some minor habits to pay attention to. I'm looking forward to weighing in Saturday at the gym - my jeans are fitting good today and I'm curious.
This morning had a fruit smoothie and I have veggies & hummus for lunch. Tonight I want to try sauteeing some kale and veggies. I just found a cookbook that is all about ways to cook veggies so this could be good! Okay, signing off for now.
