I don't know if it makes a difference too, between the "tates, and trates"- for example- I think you told me Calcium Caltrate (?), and today I grabbed one at the drug store, and got it home, and discovered all the junk in it- 3 colors of the "aluminum lake" dyes :(
The Cutler stuff above for what makes ammonia worse, said citrates (and malate, did you see that?)

So, looking on iherb, I was trying to find the Aspartate's, and found Calcium Orotate. What's with all the "Tate's". I want to get a good quality calcium- would that be one? I'm sure iherb would have a lot better quality Calcium Caltrate without the junk in it too. I should know better.
