Hi there...if you go back to 'home' you can click on all those things on the left hand side. There are pages and pages to tell you the protocol. Also, when you're inside each forum up there on the right hand side it says, ' Liver Flush homepage' you can click on that too. That's a different way of getting to the pages you want.
