Re: 1/2 cup of oil?

For my last flush I used a cup and a half of olive oil mixed well with about a cup of fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice. I also used Freelax tablets (1200mg magnesium hydroxide yielding 500mg magnesium each) and they worked quite well. I get the queasies from both the ES and the OO (Olive-Oil) and taking them both are too much for me to hold down. You can find Freelax with the laxatives...I suppose encapsulated ES would do the trick, too.

Does anyone know how many mg of magnesium are in a teaspoon of Epsom Salts ? Tweet
