Re: can't sleep till morning, up all night, then I sleep well
You said you had a mold problem which was abated. To truly remediate a mold problem a lot needs to be done. All affected building materials must be replaced. All possessions must be appropriately sterilized to kill the mold spores and the mycotoxins they produce. Possessions where this is not possible may need to be discarded. It is a very extensive process. If this was not done, as I suspect, you are still inhaling mold spores and their mycotoxins. All the symptoms you related here can be from the mold spores and their myco-toxins.
Rashes are from the toxins trying to get out of your body. Usually they move around rather than being in just a single spot. Their mycotoxins damage the brain and central nervous system. The immune system reacts to the mold invaders by combining the large mold antigen with it's antibody, to form immune complexes. It is also known as the antigen/antibody complex. They are so large that as they travel through the blood circulatory system searching for more invaders, they often get stuck in and block the smaller blood capillaries. This interrupts adequate volumes of oxygenated blood from getting through the blood capillaries to the cells and tissues.
The combination of these two underlying causations contribute to many of the health issues suffered by people who have had toxic mold exposures. The restless leg syndrome mentioned by one of the other posts is just one of them. The effects of the mycotoxins on the nervous system heightens the irritability and anxiety, contributing to sleep problems. Waiting untill you are more tired, later in the night, helps overcome the sleep difficulties.
When dealing with mold it is importand to remember you are dealing with living, growing organisms, who suck the moisture and nutrients they require to live from your body. When they embed themselves under your skin it feels like something is crawling around under your skin. After my own toxic mold exposure back about 2001-2003, I experienced all of these things. I was one of the lucky ones who was treated by Dr. Marinkovich while he was still alive. I have spent the years since figuring out how mold does what it does to the human body. If the doctor can't figure out what is causing something, it is most likely mold related. Everyone is being subtly affected by molds in our environments. When mold spores and their mycotoxins accumulate to concentrated levels in a home, workplace or school their affects on the human body become so pronounced they can no longer be attributed to more commonly accepted causations.
