Question? Newbie

Hello!
I am new to zapping. Doing it for a couple of days or more. I have the Sub-Micro Zapper: Hands-free Hulda Clark Zapper. I got it on ebay. I like the conductive-gel electrodes. Also planning to buy the copper tube electrodes.
I have been doing 12 –20-12-20-12 twice a day. I got few die off. I am on para shield parasite cleansing program.

My question
Is it safe to put the electrodes on my wrist veins?
Do you think using the copper is better than the gel electrodes?
